Students, Senior Citizens, and Groups (5 or more people) qualify for a reduced rate.

Registration Fees:
Before March 15, 2008: $150.
March 15, 2008 - June 20: $200.
On-site June 21st: $250.
Students: $150.
Senior Citizens (65 and older): $150.
Group Rate (5 or more people): $150 per person.



Registration and Packet pickups will begin 8:00am - 9:00am on June 21. All participants will receive written materials upon arrival. The sessions will begin promptly at 9:00am and run until 5:00pm, with a lunch break. Afterward, all participants will be invited to an informal reception where they will have an opportunity to chat with the authors and other participants. The Sunday sessions will begin at 9:00am and run until 3:30pm, with a lunch break. After the conference, all participants are invited to submit portions of their work-in-progress to be professionally edited and critiqued by a member of HAWK's staff.

The Marriott-Tulsa Southern Hills, located at 1902 E. 71st Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will be our host. The Marriott is a wonderful setting for writers, offering high speed internet, complimentary coffee, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, Cardio Fitness Center, and easy access from both I-75 & the Creek Turnpike. To receive these significantly discounted rates, hotel reservations must be booked by May 22, 2008.

Workshop fees will be refunded if notice is received before June 1, 2008. HAWK is not responsible for any charges incurred for cancellation of hotel reservations.
